At VIKINGBUS we believe that strong leadership starts with strong relationships. Therefore we are seeking a team leader for our minibus department in Hvidovre, who is passionate about people and wants to make a difference in the daily lives of employees.

You will become part of the management team in VIKINGBUS' largest minibus department and, together with the department's other team leader, share responsibility for the daily management, well-being and development of the department's drivers.

We are looking for a leader who is visible, accessible and genuinely interested in the daily lives of the employees. A leader who meets people with respect, curiosity and integrity, and who understands that good results are created through engaged employees.

Your most important tasks

• Daily management and development of the department's drivers
• Work focused on well-being, retention and employee development
• Be a hands-on leader whom employees experience as visible and accessible
• Conduct sick leave, well-being and development conversations
• Support operations in close collaboration with the department's other functions
• Monitor the department's goals, quality and key figures
• Drive improvements and development initiatives
• Contribute to good collaboration across the organization
