Team leader for night shift in Hanstholm

We are looking for a Team Leader for our production on night shift. This is a key position with responsibility for both employees and processes; you drive continuous improvements and ensure that production runs efficiently and optimally.

Your tasks

• Lead and motivate the team as well as develop employees' skills, engagement and contribution in close collaboration with the Production Supervisor.
• Build a psychologically safe and effective team culture, where employees dare to voice their opinions and meet their obligations.
• Ensure good shift handovers and clear communication with colleagues and the Production Supervisor.
• Monitor and report on performance, workplace accidents, near-misses and quality deviations
• As a team leader you will be part of the production team on our night shift.
• Hakning, oil production and freezing (the work does not take place in cold environments)
• Adjustment, preparation and troubleshooting on machines

Practical information

• Workplace: Industrihøjen 1, 7730 Hanstholm
• Working hours: 12-hour shifts (19–07) primarily Monday to Thursday

• Good collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to bring teams together and motivate employees.
• Valid Danish forklift certificate
