About the job

Would you like to lead exciting specialty projects for some of Denmark's largest industrial companies?

At BELFOR we are looking for a practically oriented and action-driven team leader for our department of specialty and industrial cleaning. You will be responsible for your own tasks and teams and become an important part of the daily operation, where quality, safety and customer satisfaction are in focus.

The tasks range from industrial cleaning and high-pressure washing to more complex specialty tasks, and you will work at customers' sites across Jutland. Therefore you must thrive in a varied daily routine and a certain amount of travel.

Your responsibilities

As a team leader you will be responsible for both the practical execution and the daily coordination of the tasks. This includes, among other things:

• Planning, initiation and completion of tasks
• Leadership and coordination of employees on your own projects
• Execution of industrial cleaning for larger industrial customers
• Special tasks such as high-altitude cleaning, high-pressure cleaning and technical cleaning
• Measurement and bidding on smaller tasks
• Ongoing dialogue with customers and partners
• Ensuring quality, safety and documentation on the tasks
• Other ad hoc tasks within specialty and industrial service

About you

You thrive with responsibility and can create structure in a daily routine where tasks and priorities can change quickly. At the same time you are the type who leads from the front, takes ownership and gets things done.

We expect that you

• Have experience from specialty cleaning, industrial cleaning, damage restoration or similar
• Have experience coordinating or leading smaller teams
• Work independently and take responsibility for task execution
• Are quality-conscious and have a focus on safety
• Are good at collaborating and communicating with both customers and colleagues
• Thrive in a practical role where you both plan and participate in the execution
• Are flexible in periods with peak workload and urgent tasks

We also place emphasis on that you

• Are proficient in Danish in both written and spoken form
• Have a valid category B driving licence (trailer licence is an advantage)
• Have relevant courses or certificates within the area, which would be an advantage
