Team Leader for the Day Shift in the Warehouse at Rito

Do you have experience with warehouse operations and want to lead a team in a busy e-commerce business? Then you may be our new team leader for the day shift in the warehouse at Rito.

Your role

As a team leader you will be responsible for a team consisting of full-time employees, part-time employees and young workers.

You will become a central part of the daily operations and work closely with the other team leader in the warehouse and the team leader in goods reception. Together you ensure good coordination, efficient staffing and a stable flow through the warehouse.

You report directly to the operations manager.

Your main tasks will be to

• plan and prioritise the daily operations
• lead, motivate and follow up on the employees in your team
• ensure clear task distribution and good communication
• coordinate staffing and operations with the other team leaders
• follow up on goals, results and agreements
• ensure high quality and efficiency in warehouse operations
• train new employees
• contribute to improving workflows and processes
• take an active part in operations when needed

Who are you?

You have experience from warehousing, logistics or a similar operations function and have preferably previously had responsibility for employees or acted as team leader, coordinator or point of contact.

It is an advantage if you have experience from an e-commerce company where pace, changing order volumes and on-time delivery are a natural part of daily life.
