Your role as teamleader

As Team Leader at Bilka you are responsible for the daily leadership of your team. You will play a central role in ensuring efficient operations, development of employees and creating an inclusive culture. You will work closely with management and other departments to ensure the team lives up to Bilka's standards and goals. You will have the daily responsibility for the team's – primarily the weekly – part-time employees. Just now our youth initiative we want to prioritise even more in the future.

• Daily management and active participation in the service center, goods delivery and goods receiving
• Hiring, onboarding and development of employees.
• Planning and follow-up on operational routines and key figures.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and product quality.
• Implement strategic initiatives and drive your own projects.
