Your role as team leader

As Team Leader at Bilka, you will be responsible for the daily leadership of your team. You will play a central role in ensuring efficient operations, staff development, and an inclusive culture. You will work closely with management and other departments to ensure the team meets Bilka's standards and goals. You will take on daily responsibility for the team's – mainly part-time — employees. We want to prioritise our youth initiative even more in the future.

Your responsibilities include

• Daily leadership and active participation in the Nonfood team
• Hiring, onboarding and development of employees.
• Planning and follow-up on operational routines and key figures.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and product quality.
• Implement strategic initiatives and drive your own projects.

With your solid leadership skills you create a feedback and learning culture in your team. You think analytically, have financial insight and are a skilled communicator. You are sales- and results-oriented with a strong customer focus, while also being able to motivate and engage your colleagues.
