Your role as team leader

As Team Leader at Bilka you are responsible for the daily leadership in your team. You will play a central role in ensuring efficient operations, developing employees and creating an inclusive culture. You work closely with management and other departments to ensure the team meets Bilka's standards and goals. You will have the daily responsibility for the team's – primarily weekly – part-time employees. Indeed, we want to prioritise our youth initiative even higher in the future.

Your responsibilities include

• Daily leadership and active participation in the Textile team
• Hiring, onboarding and development of employees.
• Planning and follow-up on operating procedures and key figures.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and product quality.
• Implement strategic initiatives and drive own projects.

Who are you?

With your solid leadership skills you create a feedback- and learning culture in your team. You think analytically, have financial insight and are a skilled communicator. You are sales- and results-oriented with a strong customer focus, while also being able to motivate and engage your colleagues.
