Team Southeast is a mobile home care team that covers Holeby, Errindlev, Rødbyhavn and the surrounding countryside. You will be based in Blomsterparken in Rødby.

The role of a nursing professional coordinator has already been tested in home care. Now we take the next step and fill the last four positions, so all home care teams get a nursing professional coordinator close to everyday practice, and here you come into the picture. As our new nursing professional coordinator you will play an important role in the continued development of Team Southeast. You do not have to handle the professionalism alone – but help it grow across the whole team. About the position

We are seeking a nursing professional coordinator who is passionate about developing and strengthening the professional effort in the team. You will be a key person in relation to, among other things:

• Plan and coordinate ongoing competence development for social and health care assistants and assistants in social and health care.
• Support and optimize workflows and processes.
• Contribute to the development of our SSA clinic.
• Ensure professional sparring and guidance in daily practice.
• Contribute to a learning environment with focus on quality and development.
• Actively participate in cross-disciplinary meetings and citizen conferences.
• Support the implementation of the new elder law in practice.

As a nursing professional coordinator you will have the opportunity to influence the professional direction and help ensure that the team is equipped for future demands and needs. You will work closely with the team leader and your other colleagues, and your efforts will help create cohesion, professional pride and high quality in citizen pathways. We expect that you

• Are educated as a nurse.
• Have a solid nursing professional background.
• Keep yourself professionally up to date.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary according to applicable collective agreement and according to local pay-setting principles.

The position is expected to be placed within an overall salary range of approx. 42,764 - 44,215 including function and seniority allowances. In addition, personal allowances can be negotiated based on qualifications. Pension according to the collective agreement is included.

As a starting point, working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday. By agreement, working hours may vary, including evening and weekend work, depending on the nature of the tasks.

Starting date 1 December or by agreement.
