Team Leader for the Warehouse at MM Action in Osted

On behalf of MM Action in Osted, Career | a JKS Company is seeking an experienced and hands-on team leader who will take a central role in the daily operations of the company’s warehouse.

About the job

MM Action is a Danish trading and e-commerce company selling toys, children’s and leisure products, as well as electric- and petrol-powered vehicles and related spare parts. The company runs both a webshop, a physical store, its own warehouse and service/repair workshop.

As team leader you will be the daily driving force in the warehouse. You will need to create structure, assign tasks, and keep track of what comes in and what goes out – while you actively work together with the team.

The warehouse handles around 7,000 SKUs, and MM Action works with a self-developed warehouse system. Therefore, overview and structure are important in this role.

You will also play an important role regarding the employees. You must be the calm and robust leader who can set direction, follow up, and contribute to a good working environment.

Your main responsibilities and tasks

• Daily leadership and coordination of the warehouse team
• Allocation and prioritization of the day’s tasks
• Order processing, picking/packing and goods receiving
• Ensure structure and flow in inbound and outbound goods
• Work in the company’s self-developed warehouse system

Your expertise and personality

You have experience from warehousing and logistics, are hands-on and lead from the front in daily operations.

Additionally

• you have experience with leadership or coordination of employees
• you are calm and robust and keep an overview when it’s busy
• you are good with people and can create structure and clear frameworks
• you are proficient in Danish and English

Truck certificate is a plus.
