About the job

Palle Mørch A/S provides metering solutions and prepares consumption accounts for housing associations, professional administrators, business customers and private landlords.

As Technical Advisor you will be the customers' regular sparring partner. You develop relationships with existing customers and create contact with new ones, where you advise on the solution that creates the greatest value – both technically and economically.

You drive your customer projects from the first dialogue and needs assessment to the proposal, follow-up and final agreement. At the same time you work closely with the sales manager on the continued development of the market in Northern Jutland.

It is a job with great freedom, where you plan your own day and have the opportunity to influence both your own role and the company's continued development.

Who are you?

You don't need to know the industry beforehand. Maybe you currently work with installations, energy, automation, CTS, HVAC, electrical or building operation. You can be a technical advisor, project manager, mechanical engineer, service manager or have another role where technology, customer contact and problem solving go hand in hand.

The most important thing is that you have a solid technical understanding and are motivated to use it to advise and create value for customers.

In addition, Palle Mørch expects that you

• have experience with technical solutions in a B2B company
• have a flair for IT and digital systems
• work structured and can translate dialogue into thoroughly worked-out proposals
• are good at creating trust and long-lasting relationships
• have a natural business understanding and see opportunities with customers
• communicate professionally with both operations staff, administrators and decision-makers

You are curious by nature and motivated by finding the right solution for the customer. Sometimes it's the one the customer is after – other times it's an opportunity they didn't know existed.
