Technical employee at Denmark's largest car dealership

Have you got your hands properly turned on? And do you perhaps have a professional trades background? Then you could become our new employee in the technical department at Bilernes Hus in Silkeborg.

We are Denmark's largest car dealership and part of the Nielsen Car Group automotive group with over 1,200 employees, which also has its headquarters in the building. Alone in Bilernes Hus we are around 300 employees spread over more than 38,000 square meters, so there is plenty to keep track of.

As a technical employee you will, together with a handful of colleagues, have the daily responsibility to maintain the car house that houses everything from workshop to warehouse and our large showroom with over 300 cars under one roof.

With everything from car wash halls to lifts, water pipes, installations, compressed air and much more, there is a lot that can break down and requires ongoing maintenance or quick action in case of failures. In other words, you will be an important piece in ensuring all disciplines of the building run well every day.

Together with your colleagues and external actors we plan and carry out a wide range of different practical tasks and projects both outside and inside our large car dealership. Some tasks you will handle on your own - and others we solve together.

Your daily work includes among other things

• General maintenance inside and outside
• Maintenance and fault finding on technical installations (water, heating and ventilation)
• Ongoing service of various furnishings and machinery
• Various craft tasks
• Setup and preparation in connection with various events in the car dealership

Your profile

• You have a hands-on approach and knowledge within plumbing, electrical or similar
• You have knowledge and flair for IT and technical solutions
• You are welcome to have knowledge of CTS control (not a requirement)
• You must be able to work independently and on your own - but also be open to some tasks being done in teams
• You are service-minded, flexible and prepared on rare occasions to work outside normal working hours
• It is a requirement that you have a driving license (ordinary car)
