Technical Project Manager for Property Management

The job

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a central role in the development, optimization and operation of the bank's buildings and technical installations. You will be responsible for leading technical projects across areas such as electrical, ventilation, heating, plumbing, CTS/BMS and other building installations. You are involved from the first ideas and needs assessments to implementation and final handover, and you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out with focus on quality, economy and schedule.

You will work to create stable, robust and energy-efficient solutions that support both safe operations and the bank's sustainability ambitions. At the same time you contribute to energy optimization, reduction of the buildings’ climate footprint and the development of intelligent, data-driven solutions in building management.

In the role you will have close collaboration with external consultants, contractors and service providers, whom you coordinate and follow up on throughout the project lifecycle. You will focus on risk management and contribute directly to risk assessments, emergency preparedness work and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Additionally, you will become an important sparring partner for colleagues and internal stakeholders on technical and building-related questions. You will participate in Smart Building initiatives focusing on IoT, sensors, building automation and digital platforms, and you will ensure clear reporting of project status, economy, risks and decision needs to relevant stakeholders.

The team

As our new Technical Project Manager you will become part of the team “Administration, Security and Technical,” which is organizationally attached to Property Management. You will work closely with professionally skilled specialists, project managers and technical service staff.

We take ownership of our areas of responsibility and work to ensure professional, sustainable and efficient operation of Jyske Bank's properties. Property Management has workplaces at Hjemstedet in Silkeborg and in the Glass Cube in Copenhagen.

Your profile

We imagine that you have a relevant technical education such as: Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Installer, Engineer, Technical Installer, Building Constructor or another relevant technical background

You have experience with project management and technical projects within, for example, electrical, ventilation, heating, plumbing, CTS/BMS or building automation.

Through your work you have gained solid technical understanding and developed strong skills in planning, coordination and execution of projects. You can create structure and momentum in complex tasks and maintain oversight of economy, time, quality and risks.
