Technical sales support for Thanex – technical drawing, sales support and a good working environment

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

You will play a central role in our sales organization, where you work closely with the salespeople to translate customer needs into concrete storage and logistics solutions. You support the sales process with technical drawings, solution proposals and coordination, so that customers get the right solution from the start.

Your tasks will include, among other things

• Preparation and refinement of technical drawings
• Project management
• Technical and administrative support
• Handling customer inquiries and ongoing customer service
• Booking and coordinating transports
• Working in Uniconta and relevant supplier portals
• Close coordination with colleagues in the office and the warehouse

You should thrive in a daily life where technical tasks, sales support, customer contact and practical coordination naturally follow one another.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL BACKGROUND

We imagine that you are educated as a technical designer or have a comparable technical background, where you have gained experience with technical drawings.

It is essential that you

• Have good technical understanding and can work with technical drawings – preferably with experience from AutoCAD, or Autodesk/Inventor.
• Are familiar with common administrative IT tools and spreadsheets
• Master Danish and English in both writing and speaking
• Have a natural understanding of good customer service
• Work structured and follow your tasks through to completion
• Thrive in a small organization with short communication lines
• Want to work closely with colleagues across functions

Your personality and attitude are highly valued. You are approachable and collaborative, and at the same time have the necessary impact to follow up and get tasks completed. You take responsibility for your part of the work and are comfortable with helping each other in a smaller organization when needed.
