Technical service technician for machine maintenance

Are you technically strong and enjoy customer contact? Become a field service technician with responsibility for service, repair and relationships.

Location : Copenhagen or North Zealand

Start : As soon as possible

Working hours : 37 hours per week

Your tasks

Your tasks will include, among other things

• Repair and maintenance of machines, including mandatory annual inspections
• Servicing of hardware stores in your region
• Training of staff in the use of machines, rental processes and selling accessories
• Development and maintenance of strong customer relationships
• Ongoing reporting and documentation in the CRM system
• Participation in sales strategy and concept development

Requirements and skills

We expect you to have the following qualifications

• Technical experience with service and repair of machines with electric or combustion engines
• Experience as a field service technician, with rental machines or from the hardware store industry is an advantage
• Ability to build strong relationships and provide good customer service
• Structured way of working and experience with documentation and reporting
• Independent and responsible approach to work
• Proficient in Danish, written and spoken
• Driver's license category B
• Criminal record must be presented – order a criminal record here
