Are you nerdy about maritime technology and at the same time passionate about problem solving and good customer service, then you are the one we are looking for as a technical support specialist.

Wencon ApS is a strong and growth-oriented player in the global market for two-component corrosion protection of ship parts, with customer-optimized products for the many different operators in the maritime industry.

Your role

As a technical support specialist, your primary task is to understand the customer's challenges remotely and with a confident hand be able to advise and guide on the use of Wencon's products for an optimal result.

Furthermore you will be part of a team around product management, where your tasks will include:

• Ongoing testing and quality assurance of the products
• Testing the market's other offerings of similar products
• Updating technical manuals and documentation

You are thus the unifying force who ensures that Wencon's product program and user information is current and valued by demanding international customers, where high professionalism is at the center. You are visible in the organization and you lead the way when it comes to the usability of the products in a day-to-day life at sea.

Your background

You probably have a relevant maritime background and technical education as well as solid experience from a ship or shipyard with specialization in repair and maintenance.

You are not afraid to get stuck in, and thrive in an international environment, where your insight into people's differences and cultural backgrounds ensures high professional guidance and advice and efficient task completion.

Additionally, we would like you to have the following qualifications

• A positive outlook on life and an action-oriented work approach
• Has a strong sense for detail and works systematically and with a quality mindset
• Strong communication skills in both Danish and English and possibly additional foreign languages
• Is digitally oriented and an efficient IT user
