Responsibilities, influence and development

The position requires that you have solid mechanical understanding and experience with complex technical tasks. You are structured, independent and work with high energy and responsibility.

As a technician you will be a central player in the workshop, where you join the local team led by our skilled Sous-chef and Workshop Manager. Your role requires that you can take ownership of the tasks and help ensure high technical quality and reliability for the customers' cars.

In addition to ordinary mechanical and service tasks, your primary duties will be

• Troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems
• Repair and replacement of engines, chains and other drivetrain components
• Technical diagnosis and documentation of faults
• Participation in developing the workshop's professional level through sparring and knowledge sharing
• Achieving high customer satisfaction through thoroughness and quality work

To continue ensuring you remain the sharpest screwdriver in the workshop, after 6 months of employment you will enter one of our three training tracks, which one depends on your history, ranging from Quickpoint Service Technician to Quickpoint Electrical and Hybrid Technician.
