Technician sought for a full-time position: Installation of keyless technology and versatile tasks at Møldrup Axelsen

Are you interested in cars and the electrical universe under the dashboard? Do you want to be part of a small, strong team where we pull together? Then it might be you we’re looking for at Møldrup Axelsen in Risskov.

We are incredibly busy and are seeking a versatile technician for a full-time position, who will mainly be responsible for installing hardware and keyless technology in both passenger cars and vans – but who also feels like lending a hand in the workshop.

About the job and the tasks

Your primary task will be to install and configure telematics and hardware devices for leading providers such as GoMore and FLEETii.

Today we are a close team of 4 employees, which means your daily life will be filled with variety. In addition to the technical work you will also have to:

• Lend a hand in the workshop and assist the mechanics as needed.
• Handle small tasks, including pickup and delivery of cars to our customers.
• Drive out to customers to install the systems directly at their addresses. Since we cover a wide area, the field tasks will require overnight stays, so you must be prepared for travel time and overnight days.

When you are not on the go, you will have a fixed base at our address at Stokagervej 8D in Risskov.

Who are you?

It is not a requirement that you have an apprenticeship as a car mechanic. The most important is your technical savvy, your strong interest in automotive electronics, and your flexible attitude.

We envisage that you

• Have the right hands-on experience and be familiar with or have a strong interest in the electrical universe in cars.
• Thrive in a field role and find travel days exciting, where you may occasionally overnight away from home in connection with the job.
• Are a flexible team player who, with a smile, helps the mechanics or collects a customer car when needed.
• Are careful and quality-conscious, as you will be working with sensitive electronics and customers' vehicles.
• Have a valid driver’s license (minimum category B).
