Technician / installer with relocation tasks wanted – part-time or full-time

Due to increasing activity we are seeking a skilled and practically oriented technician/installer who is eager to have a diverse everyday life with assembly, disassembly, technical tasks and specialized transport.

Our primary need is a employee for assembly and technical tasks. There will also be ordinary moving tasks, so you must be prepared to assist with moving and physical work when the tasks require it.

The position can be part-time or full-time , depending on your preferences, experience and qualifications.

Your tasks

Your primary tasks will among other things be

• Assembling and disassembling fitness equipment and training machines
• Assembling, setting up and adjusting machines and technical equipment
• Taking down and preparing equipment for transport
• Carrying and placing machines and special equipment
• Using common hand tools and power tools
• Practical and technical tasks for our business customers
• Special transport and handling of heavy or technical equipment
• Troubleshooting and minor technical tasks where relevant
• Moving tasks for private and business customers as needed
• Other practical assembly and special tasks

We work with many different types of tasks and equipment. For example, it can be fitness machines, technical equipment, machines, safes, pianos, grand pianos and other special inventory .

Therefore it is important that you are solution-oriented and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

We expect that you

• Are practically oriented and have good technical understanding
• Have experience with assembly, technical, mechanics or similar – or a strong interest in the field
• Can use common hand tools and power tools
• Can find solutions when a task does not always go exactly as planned
• Are meticulous and take good care of customers' machines and equipment
• Have good physical condition and can participate in moving and lifting tasks
• Are reliable, flexible and responsible
• Can work independently and together with colleagues
• Are service-minded and can communicate professionally with our customers
• Have driving license B

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience as installer, service technician, mechanic or similar
• Experience with fitness machines or other technical equipment
• Experience with moving work or special transport
• Driving license C
• Certificate for van driver

However, it is not a requirement that you come from the moving industry.

We are primarily looking for a technician/installer – not just a traditional mover.

At Buchtrups Moving Company 2016 ApS days are varied. One day you can disassemble and assemble fitness machines, and the next day you can help move and set up heavy special equipment for a business customer.
