Technical coordinator – purchasing, production and customer contact

At Aqua Cleaner we develop and manufacture machines for professional and environmentally friendly weed control with hot water – completely without the use of chemicals.

We are a smaller company with big ambitions and are looking for a colleague who can take responsibility for our purchasing and production coordination, create structure in daily operations and at the same time be an important part of our customer contact and sales follow-up.

Your tasks

You will play a central role with broad contact interfaces to customers, suppliers and colleagues. Your primary tasks will be:

• Purchasing and supplier management: Responsible for the daily purchasing, supplier contact, price negotiations and optimization of purchasing processes.
• Production and service: Planning and coordinating production and service tasks, and ensuring that necessary goods and components are available.
• Order and warehouse management: Responsible for order processing and warehouse management, including goods receipt, picking, shipping and follow-up on deliveries.
• Customer contact and sales follow-up: Handling customer inquiries and leads, sending offers and product material, and follow-up up to a potential order.
• Coordination of demonstrations: Planning and follow-up on customer demonstrations in collaboration with the responsible salesperson, external partners and demonstration staff.
• Structure and development: Create overview, improve internal workflows and ensure that tasks are followed through to completion.

We work with Business Central and HubSpot, and experience with these or similar systems would be an advantage.

Who are you?

Your educational background is not decisive. You could, for example, come from the agricultural machinery industry, spare parts industry, technical trade or another company where technology, customer service and coordination are part of everyday life.

For us it is important that you want to take responsibility, work independently and contribute to developing our workflows.

We imagine that you

• Have good technical understanding and interest in machines and components.
• Have experience with purchasing, order processing or similar tasks.
• Work in a structured manner and keep an overview, even when there are many balls in the air.
• Are independent, take initiative and follow your tasks through to completion.
• Are service-minded and thrive with contact to customers and suppliers.
• Are a team player who is happy to lend a hand where needed.

You master Danish and English in both written and spoken form. German would be an advantage, but is not a requirement.
