Test Technician Wanted - do you have a grasp of mechanics and a sense for technology?

Do you have a solid mechanical understanding, and are you motivated by finding faults, analyzing measurement results and ensuring that technical systems function as they should?

We are seeking on behalf of our partner a technically strong test technician who will work with testing and quality assurance of CF pumps. Here you will have a daily routine where mechanics, metrology and systematic troubleshooting go hand in hand.

The position is relevant for you who have a mechanical or technical background and would like to apply your professional skills in practice.

Your technical tasks

You will be responsible for conducting tests and trials of pumps and ensuring that the results meet the technical requirements.

Your primary tasks will be to

• Carry out testing and trials of CF pumps.
• Conduct performance and functional tests to verify the pump's operation and performance.
• Carry out sound and vibration measurements.
• Troubleshoot pumps and technical systems and identify any deviations.
• Record, analyze and document test results.
• Collaborate with the project department on technical issues and test processes.
• Participate in FAT tests (Factory Acceptance Testing) together with customers.

You must therefore be able to combine practical technical understanding with a systematic approach to testing, measurements and documentation.

Your technical background

We imagine that you have a relevant technical education or practical experience from, for example, mechanics, industry or maintenance.

You could be trained as a mechanic, truck mechanic, or have another technical background that gives you an understanding of mechanical components and technical systems.

In addition, we emphasise that you

• Have a good mechanical understanding and basic knowledge of electricity.
• Have an interest in technical troubleshooting, measurements and testing.
• Are familiar with IT and find it easy to work with technical systems.
• Can work in a structured way with test results and technical documentation.
• Have an analytical approach and be good at identifying deviations.
• Can work independently and take responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed correctly.
• Communicate clearly and can collaborate with technicians, the project department and customers.

If you have experience with FAT testing or testing of pumps and other technical systems, that is an advantage – but not a requirement.

We place emphasis on quality and professionalism

You work carefully and understand that precise measurements and correct documentation are essential for a reliable test result.

You take initiative, are reliable and thrive in a varied workday where tasks require both practical understanding and technical insight.

You must also be flexible and prepared that there may later be work on the evening shift.

Practical information: You must live within 30 km of the workplace, which is located in Nørresundby.

What you get

• A technical position focused on testing, measurements and troubleshooting.
• Opportunity to work with pump function and performance.
• A daily routine with both practical and analytical tasks.
• Close collaboration with competent colleagues and customers.
• Opportunity to develop your technical competencies in testing and quality assurance.
