We have 10 to 12 residents in each house.

About the job We work according to the living-and-being environment approach, so you must participate in all tasks that contribute to a good everyday life for our residents:

• Support for meaningful activities, we have our own bus, a large multi-purpose room, good collaboration with volunteers, lovely outdoor surroundings
• Support to create structure
• We have a production kitchen
• Support for daily practical tasks
• Support for personal care
• Support to address health-care challenges
• Support residents in using their resources and living in accordance with their own wishes
• Collaboration with relatives
• Collaboration with colleagues, both in-house and interprofessional

As an SSH, you should put your entire professional expertise into play.

We are seeking an SSH for day shift of 37 hours or your desired number of hours, weekend shifts every 2nd or every 3rd week according to your preference.

About us We are a care center consisting of 7 houses. We are organized according to Living-with-the-environment principles, all daily tasks are solved around the residents and they have the opportunity to participate in the task-solving. It is also in the houses that much of the social life takes its starting point. We place emphasis on accepting and supporting the individual residents’ wishes for their own life.

We currently have around 2000 employees, primarily social- and health-care assistants and social- and health-care helpers, four center nurses, and meal staff.

We are proud that Ammershøjparken has a high level of professionalism, a high degree of satisfaction among residents and relatives, good collaboration with our medical practice and external partners. We emphasize that there must be room for professional development; we regularly offer training and spar with one another. Management is close by, supports and works together with the center nurses in relation to challenging tasks and situations.

Salary and employment We offer salaries according to collective agreement and qualifications. Start as soon as possible.
