Can you translate strategic, legal and economic frameworks into concrete changes? Can you work at the crossroads of law, management support and strategic development projects, and at the same time flexibly engage in ongoing executive support? Then it may be you we are seeking.

About the job

As part of the Director's and Press Secretariat you will have close collaboration with the top management of the Slots- and Culture Agency, where you will play a central role in the agency's organizational transition toward 2030. You will drive cross-cutting projects and organizational changes and translate strategic decisions into concrete results.

As an organizational and executive consultant you will support the board's ongoing prioritization and coordination of various development tracks. A significant part of the role will also be to support analyses of complex organizational, legal and economic issues, and translate them into clear decision bases and recommendations.

Your tasks will include

  • identify efficiency and rationalization potentials and support the work to realize gains
  • ensure coherence between strategic goals, financial priorities, organization and task execution
  • support multi-year financial adjustments and ensure coherence between financial decisions, legal frameworks and strategic priorities
  • prepare analyses, decision briefs, notes and other materials for the board
  • support the board in the work with organizational adjustment, including coordinating and following up on cross-cutting initiatives and decisions
  • handle secretariat support for the board, including coordination of agreements, follow-up on decisions and deadlines and other assistance to the board's daily work.

We are a dynamic workplace where tasks and business needs continually develop, and you should therefore be prepared to contribute to the task solving across the unit when necessary. The position is anchored in our Director's and Press Secretariat, but you will have a central role in driving and supporting cross-cutting projects across the entire organization.

We offer

You will become part of a well-functioning team organized in a Director's and Press Secretariat with responsibility for development projects, board support, management support and communication. The position provides broad insight into the agency's multifaceted tasks, where you will play a central role in the continued development and adaptation of the organization.

We emphasize a work environment characterized by professionalism, collaboration and good humor – also when the pace is high.

About you

You are a trained jurist and have solid experience from a politically governed organization. You know the interaction between the board, ministry, professional units and cross-cutting staff functions, as it is expected that you can advise the board at a strategic level.

We expect that you

  • Have several years of relevant experience with organizational development, strategy, project management and management support
  • Have experience in driving cross-cutting projects and change processes
  • Have the ability to communicate complex strategic and organizational issues clearly and purposefully
  • Are collaborative and good at building relations across the organization
  • Have a good understanding of financial and organizational contexts
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills

We are looking for a colleague who is curious, proactive and motivated by building bridges between the organization and leadership.

It is essential that you work independently, take responsibility and thrive in a daily life with many parallel tasks and shifting agendas.

Employment terms

This is a temporary full-time position up to and including December 31, 2029.

The position is at the senior consultant level, and employment and remuneration are in accordance with the current collective agreement between the State and Akademikerne.

With us you will have a workplace where presence is highly valued. We believe in the value of meeting in person – both to solve tasks effectively, to be able to spar and to maintain a strong community.

It is a condition of employment that you can be security cleared, and that you can maintain the security clearance during the employment.
