We offer a super exciting fixed educator position in the kindergarten

Where you have strong influence over your day and your work. We want an educator in the kindergarten at Espebo Børnecenter.

It would be an advantage if you can contribute with forest pedagogy and sensory-motor input. Are you a professionally strong educator with good reflection and mentalization abilities? It would be good if you are curious and have strong Danish expression skills. Then you are the one we are looking for.

The position is initially 37 hours. If you want fewer hours, we will figure it out.

Presence and care with the child at the center

The relationship with the children is our special focus. We have a strong emphasis on supporting, guiding and mentoring the children to give them strategies to participate in communities.

We have a high professional level and value meeting children in their individual needs for psychological and pedagogical coping strategies based on the care relationship. The whole house collaborates to create the best framework for the children.

Espebo Børnecenter is an age-integrated and self-governing institution located in Værløse, which is part of Furesø municipality. We have an attractive location where we surround ourselves with nature and forest. We are normed for 73 lovely, active and curious children distributed across 2 nurseries and 2 kindergarten groups.

Salary and employment according to applicable collective agreement and based on the Ny Løn Principles. We add a Furesø allowance on top of the collective wage.

This effort is rewarded with the Furesø allowance, which ensures a qualification allowance of 7,000 DKK in current kroner annually for all permanently employed educators.
