The Juelsminde Nursing Service is looking for a new colleague primarily for evening shifts

About the job and tasks

In our team of nurses, we handle a wide range of nursing tasks in the municipality's eastern area – both in citizens' homes and in the nursing clinics in Juelsminde and Hornsyld. We are part of Center East in Juelsminde, which covers Juelsminde, Rårup and Hornsyld. We also have a close collaboration with the nearby nursing homes.

As an evening nurse you work closely with a nurse colleague as well as social and healthcare assistants and aides. Before we go out, we hold multidisciplinary citizen reviews where we share knowledge and coordinate the efforts. Here you have a central role in ensuring cohesive citizen pathways and the right nursing care.

We prioritize visible and present leadership, and you will experience close collaboration with management in daily work.

We are looking for an engaged nurse who

• Takes responsibility for coherent citizen pathways and ensures citizen involvement, in close collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups.

You do not need to know all the answers in advance. Some of the situations you encounter in the evening are characterized by there not being one single right solution. Therefore we are looking for a colleague who uses their professional judgment, dares to make decisions when necessary, and is curious enough to learn from the situations where the solution reveals itself along the way.

As an evening nurse you work 15:00–23:00 and every 4th weekend. The position is 28-37 hours per week, by agreement.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and employment according to the applicable collective agreement, with the possibility of negotiating qualification and function pay.

Although the position is predominantly in the Evening Shift, mixed shifts can be agreed if desired.
