About the job
About the job
From December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter we are looking for a new colleague as a caseworker for Job Team 2.
You will be part of the team that works with work capacity clarification for people who have other challenges than unemployment – particularly welfare recipients.
Are you a social science profile, with one leg anchored in relationship-work and the other leg anchored in strong written skills and the ability to document, then you are the one we would like to see.
We are a group of 8 case workers tasked with helping unemployed people with social and health challenges, with development and clarification of their work capacity, typically with a view to flex jobs and disability pension.
We also work with people in resource programs which are phased out with the employment reform.
In our daily work as coordinating caseworkers
- we coordinate citizens' journeys across municipal departments and interventions with a sharp focus on collaboration and overview. We also use AI-driven tools to create a more efficient and holistic process for citizens,
- we maintain close, dialogue-based follow-up and initiate ongoing targeted measures that develop the citizen's work capacity – always with a focus on a strong, trusting relationship that ensures the citizen's engagement and motivation,
- we document and report objectively the citizen's work and functional level, so we can precisely meet the needs in e.g. the rehabilitation team.
- we journalise all conversations and actions in our professional systems, supported by digital solutions that help us keep overview and ensure quality in the work.
- we collaborate closely with business consultants, disability consultants, pension committee and other key stakeholders to create the best opportunities for the citizens.
Your profile
We prefer that you
Already have good skills for relationship-work and can conduct meaningful dialogue with people with different prerequisites.
Manage to deliver a high level of writing, with good understanding of documentation requirements and journalising duties. Here an analytical eye is a must, and one must be able to formulate precisely in relevant professional language.
We also are a workplace with great interest in applying new AI and RPA-based solutions that can ease everyday life and curiosity in this area is also an advantage.
Must be prepared to navigate in several different professional systems and therefore have a good understanding of IT. We primarily work with Momentum, SBSYS and VITAS.
Furthermore you should be adaptable, able to work independently and join a politically led organization.
Additionally it is advantageous if you have knowledge of employment legislation for the concrete target groups.
Education
Your educational background is irrelevant; you can be a clerk, academic, social-science educated or self-taught, but concrete experience with case handling, business development work, relationship work and the writing work is valued.
Why you should choose us
Advantages for you
As coordinating caseworker in our team we have a high degree of independence and flexibility to arrange our weekly appointments with citizens and partners ourselves.
We are also a team where we pull together and have close sparring and collaboration around cases, both consultants and caseworkers among themselves.
In addition we are a workplace where there is room for social interaction and where daily well-being is top priority. We simply think it should be fun to go to work.
Salary and terms of employment
In accordance with applicable collective agreement and after agreement with the negotiating organization.
