The Nursing Service in Vejen Municipality is seeking a professional and ambitious nurse for a permanent night shift

We are seeking as of December 1, 2026 (or by agreement) a new colleague for a permanent field-based night shift position.

We are looking for you who thrive in a strong professional environment, where we work systematically and in close cooperation with other nurses in the municipality, the general practitioners, the on-call doctor, the FAM departments and emergency services.

Who are we looking for?

• You are a trained nurse with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• You have a broad nursing background, ideally with both surgical and medical experience – also preferably municipal/community nursing.
• You can work independently and coordinate your own work.
• You can guide/teach colleagues and interprofessional partners.
• You will help to create a healthy working environment.
• You naturally have a driver’s license.
• Working hours: minimum 28 hours/week.

• Weekend shifts every 3 weeks. When there is competence maintenance and development, it will be during daytime shifts.

About us

• You will be attached to DV spl., which operates in the Holsted and Brørup areas. It is a group of about 16 nurses.
• We operate from Drejervej 7 in Vejen, where we share premises with the entire primary nursing service in Vejen municipality about 60 nurses.
