The Nursing Service Tønder East is seeking a nurse as of December 1, 2026

We are seeking a nurse for a permanent position of 37 hours in day and night shifts from December 1, 2026. You should expect about 6-8 night shifts over a 12-week period. (Alternatively day and evening shifts, with about 8-10 evening shifts over a 12-week period). Weekend shift every 3rd/4th week. There will be opportunities for earlier employment.

The nursing service has intake at Tønder Hospital together with home care, dementia coordinator and rehabilitation therapists.

The nursing service in Tønder Municipality is in a continuous process of change and development with a focus on:

• Rehabilitation – supporting the citizen to an independent life

• Increased efforts around the municipal emergency preparedness
• Clinical functions in various areas
• Increased focus on nursing care in care homes.

In Tønder Municipality we work with the acute function at the generalist level. This means that all permanently employed nurses must have a diploma module in emergency nursing.
