We prioritize safety highly, and our framework makes it possible to offer meaningful and coherent treatment, creating security and well-being for both patients and staff. We continually want to develop expertise for the complex psychiatric patient within the given framework. Therefore, we place emphasis on that you as an applicant value high professionalism and have the desire and ability for professional development. We particularly emphasize upskilling staff and therefore offer good opportunities for post- and continuing education.

We value multidisciplinary collaboration highly, and our staff includes doctors, psychologists, pedagogues, nurses, social- and healthcare assistants, physiotherapists, sports staff, care assistants, and security personnel.
