Third.space seeks Sales & Project Manager for international projects

Are you passionate about project work with structure and data in Excel? Are you good at keeping an overview and ensuring that all details are in place?

At Third.space we are seeking a project manager who can contribute to delivering unique interior design solutions for hotels, hostels and holiday centres, among others. In close collaboration with colleagues and external partners you will help ensure that our international projects are successful.

As we work with several German customers and see potential in the German market, it is important that you can communicate in both German and English. You do not need to speak perfect German, but you should be comfortable having conversations with partners — especially in the final phase of the project. You will, among other things, work with our German Country Director, who can support on the language side.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for offers/calculations in Excel based on customer requirements, including obtaining prices from suppliers.
• Preparation of detailed calculations with focus on errors and optimization potential. On larger projects, such as hotels and holiday centres, 20-50 Excel sheets with different room types and common areas.
• Ensure progress and overview throughout the project so that deadlines are met from start to handover to the customer.
• Coordinate deliveries according to the project milestones in close collaboration with our purchasing and logistics department.
• Be on site at project locations as site manager and contribute to identifying and solving challenges so that the project is completed with the least possible disruption for the customer.

You should expect travel activity, both domestic and abroad to supplier meetings, customer meetings, project start-up and delivery. Approximately 5-6 travel days per month period.

Who are you?

• Have experience with project sales - and ideally knowledge of the industry with furniture or interior design projects.
• Are a structured and analytical person who thrives on working with numbers and data. Your attention to detail is sharp, and you are good at maintaining an overview.
• Have strong technical skills in Excel, and you can easily handle large data sets and calculations.
• Speak and write Danish and English – and have a reasonable command of German in writing and speaking.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dalux and Gantt charts is an advantage.
