Three nurses wanted for the future of municipal nursing in Varde Municipality

Project positions at 37 hours per week with start on December 1, 2026 and employment until August 31, 2028

We are seeking three engaged nurses who want to become part of the municipal nursing service in Varde Municipality for an exciting period during which the health care system is undergoing change.

In the coming years, municipal nursing will take on more tasks, new collaboration surfaces and an even greater importance for citizens' close health services. Therefore we are looking for nurses who want to join the journey and contribute to the development of the nursing of the future.

You will be attached to one of the following

East Group, Søndergade 38, 6862 Tistrup

West Group, Østervang 4, 6800 Varde

South Group, Østervang 4, 6800 Varde

The final attachment will be agreed based on competencies, wishes and needs.

Experience from municipal nursing is a plus but not a requirement. The most important is that you want to learn, develop yourself and help create the future close health care system.

Practical information

· 37 hours per week

· Weekend shift every 4th weekend

· Project employment for the period December 1, 2026 - August 31, 2028

· Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement
