Psychiatric Center Copenhagen needs a department-leading chief physician for open ward C3.

We need a department-leading chief physician who wants to help lift the task with education and well-being. For junior doctors, in-training psychologists, staff and for yourself.

Your role as department-leading chief physician

As department-leading chief physician you perform clinical work at a high level. You handle the initial assessment and diagnostics, act as the coordinator through the entire treatment process and ensure optimal medical treatment as well as interdisciplinary coordination. You have close collaboration with the head nurse in the department and the other staff. In particular you will have close collaboration with the multidisciplinary staff and with our large outpatient enterprise.

We work with better treatment during hospitalization and you will have a close collaboration with your chief physician regarding the most complicated patients. This, as we at PCK wish to be united in lifting especially the most difficult tasks.

You will become a part of a well-functioning open ward with space for 16 patients. The ward has a high professional level and high staff and patient satisfaction. The ward has many experienced, engaged and professionally competent staff and we value influence and involvement high.

You will have chief physician colleagues from other general psychiatric inpatient wards, intensive, acute reception and geriatric psychiatric wards.

Salaries and terms of employment

The position is available for appointment after agreement.

You will be employed according to the agreement for senior physicians - 33.04.1.

As a specialist at Psychiatric Center Copenhagen you are on-call. You will join as Specialist in front (SIF) in our department at Bispebjerg campus.
