Job

In this position you will have a unique opportunity to come on an exciting journey. With direct reporting to the director, you will become an important part of future coordination, planning, calculation, documentation, price collection and follow-up on the company\'s bids and tender work.

You should therefore be eager to keep the internal ”engine room” running and at the same time “think outside the box”, as you are largely involved in shaping your own job both “today and tomorrow”.

Your tasks will include the following, among others

• Coordinate the tender process from receipt of the tender to submission
• Obtain offers from suppliers and subcontractors
• Send inquiries and follow up on tender deadlines
• Review tender material and identify relevant information, missing items and ambiguities
• Prepare quantity take-offs
• Build and maintain the costing basis
• Obtain internal and external prices
• Consolidate offers from suppliers and subcontractors
• Follow up on missing prices, information and clarifications
• Coordinate input from project managers, specialists, procurement and management
• Participate in project and tender reviews
• Record key assumptions and risks
• Maintain tender registers, costing basis and relevant price data
• Follow up on agreed deadlines
• Ensure documentation and structure in the tender material
• Contribute to quality assurance of the tender before submission

Qualifications

You are a skilled procurement profile who already today has proven your strength in purchasing in the construction industry, preferably with a particular focus on construction and collaboration with both suppliers and trade contractors. The foundation for the right profile is thus solid purchasing experience, good commercial sense and strong construction technical knowledge.

Your personality is also crucial for success in the job. You are endowed with a pronounced analytical sense, combined with a high degree of financial and technical understanding – and you are a really skilled ”buyer”.

You are able to combine assertiveness and decisiveness with good collaboration skills, both internally and externally. In addition, the role requires initiative, thoroughness and meticulousness – even under time pressure – as well as a positive attitude to the tasks and a good sense of humor.
