On-call substitute wanted

Are you good with children and young people, and do you thrive in a workday where you must be able to adapt, take responsibility and build good relationships?

We are looking for on-call substitutes who are clear and reliable, but at the same time approachable and strong in relationships. You must be able to step into the tasks and plans that the regular teachers have laid out, but also be able to think independently and act when the day demands it.

It is important to us that you are validating in your relation to both students and parents. We are looking for someone who in your practice can focus on resources both in the individual and in the community.

You are curious, take responsibility and collaborate well with both students and colleagues. Experience with teaching or working with children and young people is an advantage, but not a requirement.

As an on-call substitute

You must be flexible and able to step in at short notice. Typically you will be notified shortly after 7:00 AM and must be able to attend at 7:40, ready for teaching at 7:50.
