Hourly paid substitutes for Helhedsplejen in Gladsaxe

We are looking for dedicated hourly paid substitutes for the Comprehensive Care (Helhedsplejen) in Gladsaxe Municipality. We need substitutes for day, evening and weekend shifts , and we are open to finding a solution that fits your everyday life.

Who are we?

In the Comprehensive Care we work closely across professions. Our interdisciplinary teams include among others social and health care assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and nurses .

We work from a rehabilitative approach and focus on to

• create good and coherent citizen pathways
• prevent unnecessary hospital admissions
• take as a starting point the individual citizen's wishes, resources and needs
• create dignified and secure elder care
• solve the core task in collaboration across professions

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• have experience with or interest in working with elderly citizens, perhaps trained or in progress with the social and health care helper/assistant education
• want to work with people and make a difference in their everyday life
• are professionally engaged and value quality in your work
• meet citizens with respect, presence and care
• can work independently and at the same time actively participate in a team
• are responsible, attentive and have a good overview
• can cooperate across professions and shift types
• are curious and want to learn new things

Salary and terms of employment

You will be employed under the applicable collective agreement according to the Ny Løn principles.
