Two pedagogues or occupational therapists for Fællesskabet Kochsgade

Because of an influx of more citizens, Fællesskabet Kochsgade is seeking two engaged employees who are either trained occupational therapists or pedagogues, and who are passionate about supporting people in their recovery and rehabilitation process.

About the position

As an occupational therapist or pedagogue you will be part of a multidisciplinary team where relationships, professionalism and rehabilitation go hand in hand. You contribute with your own core professional competencies and actively bring your single-discipline background into collaboration with colleagues from different professional groups. Together we create holistic and meaningful interventions for the citizens.

You will, together with colleagues and citizens, help develop and implement activities, group programs and individual rehabilitative interventions that support mastery, well-being and participation in communities. We are not just looking for employees to perform tasks. We are looking for colleagues who see opportunities rather than limitations, and who want to make a real difference in people’s lives.

You will among other things be responsible for

• Plan and implement rehabilitative interventions for citizens primarily within §104
• Support citizens' development, well-being and mastery of their own life
• Facilitate activities, group programs and communities
• Motivate and support citizens regarding employment, education, health and social relationships
• Work recovery-oriented with focus on citizens' wishes, hopes and goals
• Document and follow up on interventions in collaboration with citizens and colleagues
• Contribute to the professional development of the offerings, preferably in collaboration with civil society
• Actively engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with colleagues, partners and relatives
• Help create a daily life characterized by safety, development and community

About you

You are trained as an occupational therapist or pedagogue and are motivated by working with people who are in a complex life situation. You thrive in relational work and see the value in working rehabilitatively with a focus on resources, hope and development.

It is an advantage if you have experience with social psychiatry and we imagine that you

Salary and employment terms

The positions are 37 hours per week (one fixed evening shift) with an evening shift once a week and are paid according to the current collective agreement and the principles of local pay formation. The expected salary level will be communicated before any interview and depends on experience and qualifications.
