Two nurses for Bogense Nursing Home – would you like to help shape Søbo?

Would you like to be a nurse somewhere you get close to the residents, your colleagues and professional development?

At Plejehjem Bogense we are looking for two nurses who want to become part of our daily life and at the same time help shape the next version of Søbo.

We have a close collaboration with the town's other nursing home, Møllehaven. Therefore you must be prepared to have a role at both places.

We are in the middle of an exciting development, as Søbo is expanding with 9 new nursing home apartments and 3 respite places. So you will not only have the opportunity to step into an existing organization – you will have the chance to help shape it.

We work person-centred and start from the individual person’s life, wishes, habits and needs. For us, nursing is not only about treatment and observations, but also about creating security, relationships and quality of life.

You will come close to the residents and their daily life, and you will have the opportunity to use your nursing expertise in a daily life where things cannot always be put into a schedule.

Some days everything goes as planned. Other days it doesn’t.

We believe that good nursing is created through close collaboration between professional groups.

We work, among other things, with person-centred care, dementia, complex citizen pathways and prevention of unnecessary hospitalisations.

You will have the opportunity to help develop the nursing practice and to help set the direction for how we organise and solve tasks as Søbo grows.

She believes in trust, clarity and diversity. She dares to set a direction and make decisions, but she is also not afraid to roll up her sleeves herself or lighten the mood with a little humor.

The practicalities

Expected salary range will be disclosed during a visit to the school or at the first interview. The final salary will be set based on your qualifications and previous work experience and after concrete negotiation with the professional association.

A criminal record extract must be obtained before employment can take place.
