Your day-to-day

The day is typically laid out according to the tasks that have been reported, and you work through them in a sensible order. When a task changes, you speak up in time so the next trade can come in.

You will, among other things, work with

• Renovate and rebuild according to agreed plan
• Do roof work when the task requires it
• Install windows and doors according to measurements
• Lay floors and work with wooden floors
• Insulate and seal with vapor barrier

In a larger organization there are more agreements to consider, so you must be able to say yes and no clearly. The most important thing is that you take responsibility for the task and do not hand in anything half.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes

You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you hand in.

We expect that you

• Have at least 1 year of experience as a carpenter
• Are stable and meet as agreed
• Can take responsibility for your own tasks
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up
• Speak politely with those you work with

It is an advantage if you have tried your hand at renovation, maintenance or smaller building tasks. But the most important thing is that you can take hold and do proper carpentry work.
