Then you may be our new Trade Finance & Cash Management consultant, which we want to expand our strong business development team with. We have a goal to position Sparekassen Kronjylland even stronger as a corporate bank. In recent years we have gained more corporate customers – not least on Zealand, where we will soon have 14 branches.

Your task and daily work

With a physical base on Zealand - but with professional and team affiliation in Business Development at Sparekassen Kronjylland's headquarters in Randers - you will make a difference within products, concepts, solutions and advisory for our Trade Finance & Cash management customers. You can look forward to a close collaboration with especially our relationship managers on Zealand. You are close to the customers and branches that will use the solutions you are a specialist in and help develop.

At the same time you will have about 20 colleagues in Business Development in Randers – with professional managers, business developers, and consultants. Your immediate manager is the head of business development for the corporate segment. You will have two sparring partners with the same title and area of work as you, with whom you form a technical team. Self-management, geographic flexibility and remote collaboration will therefore also be a natural part of your daily life.

Through your efforts you can look forward to making a real mark on our advisory services in an important field and continuously translate business needs into concrete solutions and tools within payment and trade flows.

How you become successful in the job

After 100 days you are well into the tasks and feel at home at the bank. This has especially succeeded because:

• You have gone through our targeted onboarding program, where you have received a thorough introduction to your team and Trade Finance-/Cash Management solutions. You have also gained insight into the bank’s corporate strategy and the team’s contribution to it.
• Based on your structured task approach and communication skills you are well underway with needs assessment and advising our Zealand-based customers in areas including international business, export support schemes, Cash Management and digitization of customers’ operations. You do this with great independence, as you already have solid experience with Trade Finance and a deep understanding of corporate customers’ needs in this area. If you also have similar experience and knowledge within Cash Management or are ready to rapidly develop it, that’s a plus. At the same time, the team will of course continually offer its help.
• You share knowledge and spar with the commercial advisers and the two other Trade Finance - and Cash Management - consultants. You naturally reach out when you have questions, need help, or have suggestions for something we can do even better.
• You are positive, curious and you take an interest in your colleagues and have quickly become part of the professional and social community. You thrive in a daily routine where you work from your base in one of our Zealand branches, are present in other corporate departments, participate in client meetings and, when needed, work/participate in activities at the Business Development in Randers.

In a year you are an important key player in ensuring a continued attractive value offer within Trade Finance and Cash Management – for both business customers and advisers. You are particularly successful because:

• You solve the majority of your CM- and TF-tasks independently and contribute to input for roadmaps and development of the subject area both as a whole and in the concrete solutions. As you work in a structured way and have an overview, you have become a central player in the entire development process – from the first budding idea to the implementation of the finished solution.
• Your strong communication and presentation skills enable you to translate complex issues and solutions into clear messages for customers and advisers. In addition, you are good at building strong relationships with those you collaborate with.
• You stay professionally up-to-date and actively participate in living and developing our value proposition. You do this also by participating in development projects with our data center, NBS, and in various professional networks. You are also the link to the bank’s partners within Trade Finance and Cash Management.
• You naturally take responsibility, together with the team, to implement new initiatives within the subject area, maintain up-to-date workflows and plan training activities for advisers. In addition, you participate in the implementation of new customers so they experience our value proposition from the start.
• Your geographic mindset is flexible – also in terms of participating in team and department activities in Randers and during holiday periods helping to cover customer meetings in Jutland.
