Do you dream of becoming really skilled in the real estate agent trade?

Then Signature Homes might be the right place to start.

We are a growing company, and we are looking for an ambitious trainee who wants to learn the profession properly – both the academic, the practical, and not least the human side.

You may be a recent graduate with a finance bachelor's degree, a financial economist, or something completely different. It does not matter which education you come with—as long as you have a dream to learn more about the real estate industry and at the same time contribute by keeping track (and structure) of our agents, customers and partners.

You may also have previously been interning with a real estate agent and already have a feel for the industry.

You don’t need to know everything from day one.

We actually don’t expect that.

On the other hand, we expect you to be curious, ambitious, eager to learn, and genuinely interested in people .

At Signature Homes, the customer always comes first.

Service and integrity are our core values , and we believe that a truly skilled real estate agent must be able to do much more than prices, square meters, and documents.

You must be able to listen.

Build trust.

Communicate properly.

Be available.

And understand that you are allowed to advise people in some of their biggest financial and personal decisions.

With us you will be gradually introduced to the whole process surrounding a property transaction and get close to both clients, valuations, sales and the practical work behind it.

You will work together with experienced professionals and will receive increasing responsibility as the technical and practical foundation is in place.

The goal is not for you to be a trainee forever.

The goal is that, in time, you become an independent and strong real estate agent with responsibility for your own clients and your own portfolio .

And when you get there, there should also be an opportunity to develop both your responsibility and your earnings.

If you are looking for a classic 8-4 job, we may not be the right match.
