We have many different types of guests, from course participants and professionals to private events and parties, which we service with a large breakfast buffet, tasty lunch dishes, the best cake table, conference and banquet meals and an à la carte menu. As an apprentice with us you get unique à la carte experience in our apprentice restaurant during the summer months. Here the apprentices plan the menu themselves, choose wine and handle service. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in practice.
