Three junior doctors for the Psychiatry Department at Regionshospitalet Horsens

We are looking for three junior doctors who want to get to know psychiatry in an I-position. The positions start on 1 February 2027.

You will be part of the on-call team with night and weekend shifts (8.00-16.15 and 15.45-8.30). Normal working hours are 8.00-15.24.

Teaching and education are important - both for you and for us

Therefore we have teaching every Wednesday from 13–15, where there will occasionally be clinics with patient participation. Once a month we also have a PSE clinic aimed at training in structured clinical interview and diagnosis.

There is an opportunity to participate in an introductory course in psychiatry. In connection with the introductory position, you can begin the basic psychotherapy training, partly via psychotherapeutic patient pathways with offers of either psychodynamic or cognitive supervision, and partly via participation in theoretical basic psychotherapy courses.

Who are we?

In Psychiatry in Horsens we diagnose and treat patients with all forms of psychiatric disorders. We are specialty-divided into 3 clinics, while our 3 inpatient wards have a wide range of all patient categories.

The I-positions are 37 hours per week and are to be filled by 1 February 2027 or by agreement and run for 1 year.

Salaries and terms of employment are according to the current collective agreement.

The position is in principle a full-time position.
