TRIMIT – Business Consultant with a focus on WMS

You will take a central role as Business Consultant with particular focus on WMS and will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing solutions in close collaboration with customers, developers and project managers. The role entails close dialogue with the client as well as ongoing collaboration across internal teams. Your primary tasks will be to:

• Design and describe ERP and WMS solutions in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Implement ERP and WMS solutions at customers in collaboration with developers and project managers
• Analyze customers' business processes with particular focus on warehouse and logistics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Translate business needs into functional ERP and WMS solutions
• Collaborate with customers and developers on solution designs, warehouse flows and system support
• Participate in the entire project lifecycle – from analysis phase to go-live and support
• Support customers after go-live and ensure high user adoption
• Optimize processes such as:
• Procurement and logistics
• Supply Chain Warehouse
• Shipping
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing in the consulting team
• Stay updated on new functionality and best practices in Dynamics 365 Business Central with a focus on WMS
• Participate in customer visits

To succeed in the role you may have experience from a similar position such as ERP consultant, WMS specialist, Supply Chain Consultant or similar. Your professional experience is more important than your education, as there can be several paths into the job. You may also come from a manufacturing company where you have worked extensively with warehousing, logistics or the supply chain and want to work more advisory and solution-oriented as a consultant. The crucial thing is that you have a solid understanding of warehouse processes and the value chain in a manufacturing company.

You communicate in Danish and English in writing as well as speaking, and you live within a reasonable driving distance to the company's location in Viborg, Kolding or Copenhagen. It is also a requirement that you have a driver's license and access to your own car.

As a person you are approachable, outgoing and service-minded. You have a natural ability to build strong relationships – with both customers and colleagues – and you thrive in a role where dialogue, coordination and collaboration are crucial for success. You are good at listening, involving yourself and creating reassurance for the customer through clear communication and ongoing follow-up.

At the same time you work in a structured and detail-oriented way, and you are motivated by delivering work where quality and propriety are at the forefront. You take responsibility, follow up and keep your commitments, and with your natural professionalism and understanding of warehousing and processes you manage to create momentum and overview – even in complex WMS setups.

You work independently and proactively, but also see the value of teamwork and knowledge sharing, as it is the collaboration between people and competences that creates the best solutions for customers.
