At Coor, for our client who is Hillerød Police, we are seeking a kitchen manager for a small one-person canteen. Here you will have great influence on both the menu, purchasing and daily operations. You will become part of FOOD by Coor, but have freedom to plan and develop the kitchen yourself with a focus on quality, guest experiences and sustainability.

The canteen currently serves between 20 and 40 daily guests, and we see exciting potential to develop it further. Therefore we are seeking a kitchen manager who thrives with responsibility and is motivated to create an attractive canteen that even more people will choose to join.

Workplace and working hours

• Location: Hillerød Police, Østergade 1
• Number of hours: 37 hours per week
• Working hours: 6:30 - 14:30, Friday until 14:00

Your primary tasks

• Overall responsibility for the kitchen
• Procurement and menu planning
• Budget responsibility for the canteen's operations and invoicing
• Preparation of cold and hot dishes
• Baking bread for breakfast and lunch
• Kitchen cleaning
• Meeting catering/ events

Your profile

• Experience as sous-chef or kitchen manager, possibly cook with extensive experience
• You can operate with PC and tablets at a basic user level
• Can see yourself in a salary level around DKK 32,000 per month

NOTE : To be employed you must be PET-approved. This means that the Danish Police Intelligence Service conducts a security check, which among other things assesses whether you can work in environments where security is critical. This requires, among other things, that you have lived in Denmark for at least 7 years. Coor does not have access to the information, but it is necessary to ensure our customers' security. Everyone over 18 who has a residence in the household will also be checked.
