Truck driver for day shift near Kolding

Do you have experience with forklifts and do you thrive in a job where you work both indoors and outdoors? Then we have the job for you.

We are seeking an experienced forklift operator for a company in Kolding, where you will play an important role in the daily handling of pallet goods and pallet racks. You will use the forklift a lot and must be able to work both indoors and outdoors, even when the weather isn’t at its best.

This is a try & hire arrangement, where you start as a temporary worker for three months with the possibility of extension and subsequent permanent employment.

What you get

• DKK 155 per hour the first 3 months, then DKK 175 per hour
• Opportunity for extension and permanent employment
• Good colleagues and an informal daily work environment
• Free soft drinks during breaks and pastries every Friday.

Your tasks

Your workday will include, among other things

• Handling and moving pallet goods and pallet racks
• Driving a forklift with long forks
• Moving goods both indoors and outdoors
• General warehouse management
• Ensuring that goods are stored and handled correctly.

You should therefore be prepared for a physical job where you do not sit on the forklift all day and where part of the work takes place outdoors.

What we value

We expect that you

• Have experience with forklift driving
• Are reliable and take responsibility for your tasks
• Can maintain an overview, even when several things are in progress
• Are diligent and get things done
• Have a good understanding of safe and proper forklift operation.

Working hours and breaks

You work Monday to Thursday from 07:00-16:00 and Friday from 07:00-12:00. There is a 15-minute break at 09:00, a 30-minute lunch break, and an additional 15-minute break at 14:00. On Fridays there are also pastries, giving a little extra time to chat with colleagues.
