Welcome to Bioenergy

You will become part of Turnaround Management, where you, together with your colleagues, plan, manage and develop the turnarounds across our plants. We work closely with operations, maintenance, projects, suppliers and management and play a central role in ensuring the plants' availability and performance. We combine a high degree of autonomy with strong teamwork. We share experiences, challenge each other professionally and continuously work to improve how we conduct turnarounds – with a strong focus on learning, development and knowledge sharing.

In our team, the culture is characterized by trust, openness and professional ambition. We believe that the best results are created through collaboration, knowledge sharing and decisiveness.

In the job you will

  • lead the planning and execution of turnarounds from idea to completion and optimize our turnaround processes and contribute to continuous improvements
  • ensure high safety performance and drive the continued development of the safety culture
  • manage the turnaround's critical path, risks and priorities
  • coordinate stakeholders across the organization and external suppliers
  • facilitate decision forums and steering committees with leaders from several departments
  • handle unforeseen incidents and create calm, direction and momentum under pressure.

To be successful in this role we expect that you

  • are a strong project manager with experience from larger industrial projects – experience with maintenance shutdowns, turnarounds or large industrial projects is an advantage but not required
  • can navigate confidently between engineering, people and business
  • ability to build buy-in and get diverse stakeholders to work toward the same goal
  • communicate clearly and convincingly, both in small groups and larger audiences
  • work in a structured way and maintain an overview, even when plans change
  • have a technical background as a mechanical engineer, engineer or similar.

In this position you should expect travel to the different plants.
