Two dedicated pedagogues/pedagogical assistants are sought for SFO Hopstar at Store Heddinge School (re-advertisement)

Do you want to help create an SFO (after-school program) where communities, well-being, and children's development are at the center? Are you passionate about making a difference for children in their free time, and motivated to create safe, developmental and meaningful activities? Then you may be one of our new pedagogues/pedagogical assistants in SFO Hopstar. We are seeking two pedagogues/pedagogical assistants for permanent positions of 31 hours.

About the position

As a pedagogue in SFO Hopstar you will be part of an engaged team that works to create strong child communities and developing learning environments. You will have an opportunity to put your professional skills to use in a everyday where the children meet with presence, recognition and high ambitions on their behalf. We are seeking pedagogues/pedagogical assistants who wish to be active co-creators of an SFO where all children experience participation opportunities, safety and belonging.

Your key tasks

You shall, among other things

• Contribute to the development of strong and inclusive children’s communities.
• Plan and implement exciting activities that support the children's well-being, social development and general formation.
• Be an active part of the work to create inspiring learning and activity environments.
• Support the children's opportunities to participate and shared responsibility in the community.
• Engage in close collaboration with colleagues, parents and school staff.
• Contribute to creating coherence between the SFO and the school.
• Use nature and the many opportunities in our scenic surroundings as an active part of the pedagogical work.

• Are educated as a pedagogue or pedagogical assistant
• Are present, relationally strong and good at creating safe environments for children.
• Focus on children's perspectives and the importance of strong communities.
• Can translate pedagogical ideas into engaging activities and practice.
• Are proactive and contribute positively to the development of our SFO.
• Are a good team player who values dialogue and collaborative solutions.
• Want to be an active part of a professional community.
