The positions have arisen due to expansion. The number of hours can be agreed upon in connection with the recruitment interview

In Espersens Børnehus we are looking for two educators who will help create a daily life in which children meet with presence and care, and where you, together with your colleagues, create plenty of opportunities for the children's community to develop.

We believe that play is the most important arena for children's development, learning and formation. Therefore, we deliberately work to create inspiring play environments that awaken curiosity, imagination and the desire to be part of the community. We are therefore looking for educators who have an eye for the individual child, but who can also see the value in the communities the children participate in.

With us you are not alone with the task. We prioritise professional sparring and the reflections that make us better together. We are curious about our practice, give space to different perspectives and believe that the best solutions arise when we collaborate.

Whether you will be in the nursery or the kindergarten, we will figure that out together.
