Positions: Two maternity-leave substitutes of 37 hours per week

Børnehuset Oasen is part of the Landsbyordning Tre Ege and is located in a colorfully furnished wooden house on a large natural site in Kværndrup. We have about 40 preschool children and 13 nursery children and work every day to create safe, developing and community-building play- and learning environments for all children.

In Oasen we work with a Nest-inspired approach, where structure, relationships and opportunities for participation for all children are central elements of our pedagogical practice. At the same time, nature and outdoor life are a natural part of everyday life and our pedagogical work.

As part of the Landsbyordning we work to strengthen cohesion and create good transitions in the children's lives and time with us. At the same time we work with the implementation of our value framework, where the four values: belonging, ambition, trust and creative power are the foundation for the way we collaborate and develop our practice.

We have engaged staff and children who meet the day care with curiosity and a desire to play and learn. As an employee in one of the maternity-leave substitutes you will be an active part of both everyday life in the nursery and the ongoing professional development in the Landsbyordningen.

We are seeking two qualified pedagogues, pedagogical assistants or teaching aides, who

• Have insight into children's well-being, development and participation in communities.
• Work relationship-focused and structured.
• Contribute actively to the development of play- and learning environments.
• Thrive in close collaboration with colleagues, parents and external partners.

We expect to hold recruitment interviews on 26 October. The interviews will take place at Afd. Kværndrup, Kirkevej 3, 5772 Kværndrup.

Terms of employment

Employment is made according to the applicable collective agreement, and the positions are paid in the range of DKK 29,638.44 to DKK 44,475.50 incl. pension. Upon hire, a child and criminal record check as well as relevant references will be obtained.
