Two pedagogical staff members for Løvhøj, the Unit for Special Measures - Sødisbakke (OVUS)

Then we are looking for two pedagogical staff for permanent full-time positions in Special Measures at Sødisbakke.

About the position

Special Measures is a §§107/108 residential care facility with the departments Tårnly, Tårnbo and Løvhøj and in total 15 residents . The facility is a combined living and social/participation offer with high staffing norms , as the residents have extensive support needs.

Several residents have diagnoses within the autism spectrum and other psychiatric comorbid diagnoses. Some also have treatment orders or placement orders .

In our work we base ourselves on the individual resident’s resources and needs. Our pedagogical approach is built on:

• Are educated as a pedagogue, teacher or social worker with 2 years of relevant experience in the special sector .
• Have an affirming and resource-oriented approach

• Can document in writing as part of the pedagogical practice

Practical information

We are seeking two pedagogical staff.

If you are educated as a pedagogue, you will be remuneration classified according to the Collective Agreement for social-pedagogical personnel at 24/7 institutions etc. (32.38.1) concluded with the Social Pedagogues, as well as the applicable pre-agreement for the area.

If you are educated as a teacher or social worker, dispensations from the education requirements may be sought from the Social Pedagogues after concrete and individual assessment. If dispensation from the education requirements is granted, pay will be according to the Collective Agreement for social-pedagogical personnel at 24/7 institutions etc. (32.38) concluded with the Social Pedagogues, as well as the applicable pre-agreement for the area.

Position: Permanent full-time

Working hours: Day, evening and weekend (typically a long Saturday or Sunday every other weekend)
