Two Pedagogues for Espersen's Kindergarten

The positions have arisen due to upscaling. Number of hours can be arranged in connection with the employment interview

In Espersens Børnehus we are looking for two pedagogues who will help create a everyday where children meet with presence, care, and where you together with your colleagues create plenty of possibilities for the child community to develop.

We believe that play is children's most important arena for development, learning and formation. Therefore we deliberately work to create inspiring play environments, which awaken curiosity, imagination and the desire to be part of the community. We are therefore looking for pedagogues who have an eye for the individual child, but who can see the value in the communities the children participate in.

With us you are not alone with the task. We prioritize professional sparring and the reflections that make us better together. We are curious about our practice, give space to different perspectives and believe that the best solutions arise when we collaborate.

Whether you should be in the nursery or the kindergarten, we will figure out together.
